How it Works
As you start considering which workshops to register for, keep the following organization in mind :
The AM and PM sessions are each 3 hours long. Every day is organized to include a variety of workshops that are movement science focused, programming focused, inspirational, and movement oriented.
Each session will be labelled with the primary focus. In addition,
the workshop offerings each day are set up to include :
• General sessions or special workouts & movement experiences
Available for all attendees.
• Full-Day Workshop (6 hours)
This option is a deep dive into a topic that will include lecture and demonstration with a generous amount of time spent on movement application.
• Morning or Afternoon Workshop (3 hours each)
These workshops are the “just right” type of workshops in that they will offer time to explore a topic and to move your body.
