Pilates On Tour, SEOUL

After more than three years, Balanced Body is thrilled to bring Pilates on Tour live back to Seoul, South Korea 


This live Pilates education event highlights presenters that educate and influence our industry, move and support your professional growth and stimulate you and your practices with ideas, movement, practical exercises application and more. Workshops focus on creative Pilates programming, Pilates and mindbody modalities as health and wellness tools, and anatomy in the movement environment. Join us as we come together for this inspiring event to celebrate the traditions of our Pilates culture. We look forward to seeing you there!

Earn up to 1.6 CECs for the 2 day workshop


Main Conference Continuing Education Credits (CECs)

Earn up to 6 - CECs per attendance day (i.e. 1 day = 6; 2 days = 12; 3 days = 18)

Earn up to .6 CECs per attendance day (i.e. 1 day = .6; 2 days = 1.2; 3 days = 1.8)


Certificates of completion will be sent within seven business days of the close of the conference.

How it Works



As you start considering which workshops to register for, keep the following organization in mind : 


The AM and PM sessions are each 3 hours long. Every day is organized to include a variety of workshops that are movement science focused, programming focused, inspirational, and movement oriented. 


Each session will be labelled with the primary focus. In addition,

the workshop offerings each day are set up to include : 


• General sessions or special workouts & movement experiences 

Available for all attendees. 


• Full-Day Workshop (6 hours) 

This option is a deep dive into a topic that will include lecture and demonstration with a generous amount of time spent on movement application. 


• Morning or Afternoon Workshop (3 hours each) 

These workshops are the “just right” type of workshops in that they will offer time to explore a topic and to move your body.
